Sweet

More Decorating Ideas

Whether you are having a birthday party or a Valentine's party, be sure to include a banner or two in your home with the option of layering them for a pretty look.

There are different options for banners. One option is to cut paper hearts out of card stock or doilies to string together for a sweet Valentine look. A second option includes making a fabric triangle banner in vintage fabrics that could be layered with a "birthday" or "Valentine" card stock banner.

A third option -and a popular one for a Kitty party - begins with making pom pom balls by following the instructions from this You Tube video. Once completed, string the poms together to layer on the banquet table.

Catering

Serve your little kittens tuna fish sandwiches shaped like hearts with a side of goldfish crackers. Roll red string licorice in balls and serve with the meal. Include "Kitty Cola" to drink... aka Milk.

Continue the vintage look by presenting these rose cupcakes (directions here) in vintage floral cupcake holders from Cupcake Social. Absolutely stunning, the teal blue color makes the perfect compliment to all the reds and pinks in the other decorations.
