Gather your neighborhood together for a Mardi Gras celebration. Dress your little one in an outfit from Crewcuts, including a sparkly belt and shoes with plenty of colorful beads. Match a mask similar to the one from Catnip8.Need fun activities? Have the children decorate Masks. Supply basic black masks from Michaels along with glitter glue, feathers, beads, roses, lace and other craft supplies.
An addition activity is to decorate Shoe-Box Floats. Have each child decorate a shoe-box to resemble a float. Each child will need a shoe box, construction paper, pipe cleaners, beads, glue, feathers, toys (such as happy meal toys) and other crafting supplies. Have a "shoebox" parade at the end of the party to impress all of the adults...
Be sure to throw lots of beads!!
